Plein Air Painting and Music

A three day juried event in which plein air artists set up easels around Northport and painted for two days. On the second day musicians performed in the Gazebo. On the third day the “wet paints” were framed and hung in LaMantia Gallery for a silent auction.
The Scudder Park Community
Mural Project
In July 2014 143 children, teens and adults from the community worked together to paint a mural designed by artist Lucienne Pereira, who supervised the project. It was funded by a grant from Suffolk County with additional donations from the Village of Northport, Riverhead Building Supply and Sherwin Williams.
Long Island Sound and Art Festival

A unique summer event produced in collaboration with Rich Rivkin’s Live Art Fusion Painting and Music Events featuring artists painting in Northport Village Park and musicians playing in the Gazebo and artists painting in the park.
