NORTHORT ARTS COALITION NEWS 11-08-01 We are looking forward to Wednesday, the 14th of November when the Northport Arts Coalition will be entertained by Robby Nagy who will be playing some pieces from his newly issued CD. Linda Mulrean a talented soprano will be singing several Italian songs by Rossini. We start at 7:30 at the Northport Public Library. Live Entertainment! We also hope to hear a favorite poem from volunteers in the audience, your own or someone else’s.. We welcome artists in the community to bring in a work-in- progress for feedback. The positive kind. Our Black & White Ball on the 27th was a true success. Many thanks to Elsa Poesy for the use of her Dance Studio. The costumes were stunning. The belly dancing was delightful. The theater games were hilarious. The tarot cards were on the mark. And the refreshments were delicious. I’m sure all who attended will return next year for another truly special evening.
